We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are price-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all prices will be rounded up to the next full number.
If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request. If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. You'll be issued a refund within 3-7 business days.
Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.
But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

There are ongoing logistical delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It takes us one day to two weeks to complete your order or notify you of missing products from your request.
In most cases, we ship your order asap and backorder out-of-stock products at no additional shipping costs to you. Our web-shop does not show live, available inventory.
If you prefer advance notice on possible delays regarding your order, or prefer to not pay for your order upfront, please request a ‘Quote’ instead.
For urgent orders, please pay for your order and include a message — located in the shipping address section — that explains your urgency or request for expedited shipping. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
