Change/cancel order

To change or cancel an order, please check the status of your order firstly to see if it is possible. To check the status of your order, please log into your account.

  • If your order is labeled “In Production”, you will not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
  • If it is marked as “Unpaid” or “Processing”, you will be able to cancel your order by click the “Cancel Order” , Payments that have already been processed will be refunded as soon as possible.
  • If you want to change order. And it is marked as “Processing” ,

    please cancel your existing order firstly then place a new order with correct information.To do this, log into your account and click the “Cancel Order”. If you do not do this, your order will automatically begin production in the following morning. After you do this, Then Contact us to Make Changes.

Please note that once an order begins production, you can not make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.

Important: it is best to call us to cancel your order to make changes, as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made in time.

Order Status
You can log in to your account anytime to view your order status. If you can't remember your password, simply use the Forgot Password tool on the login page.
