How much is shipping?We provide Free Shipping Sitewide in the USA and Canada.
How long does it take to receive my product?Typically, it takes about 5-9 business days to prepare your order, and shipping time is 8-10 business days. If your order is more than 4 pieces, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
How will I know my order has shipped?You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 7 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
Do you ship internationally?We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMSIf your customized jerseys arrive defective, please contact us by filling out our form with your order number, and include a picture of your item explaining the issue, our customer support will be able to assist you.
Please note: Return and exchange your items within Thirty days after receiving your order. Whatever size, name, and number you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, name, or number is selected by you and sent out to you, Snapmade is not responsible for replacing these items.
Since your personalized jerseys are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Exchange & ReturnOur personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
- Products are damaged by misuse or mishandling.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, etc.
- Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
- All sales are final after 30 days from receival.
- This is a custom jersey which was not manufactured by or in any manner associated with any professional sports brand, league or manufacturer. Our custom jersey which is independently produced and designed carries no professional sports league designation or brand.
